  • North America $20, 12-14 working days. 

  • Central America FREE, 5-10 working days 

  • South America $30, 14-17 working days

  • United Kingdom $25, 12-14 working days 

  • EU $30, 12-14 working days 

  • East Asia $40, 14-16 working days 

  • South East Asia $35 14 working days

  • All Orders shipped on a weekday. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email update with a tracking number included with the name of the postage carrier. 

  • All items will be posted from MEXICO CITY. 

  • Noraizuxx uses MEXPOST as our shipping partner. There is also an option of Express postage with UPS (Additional cost) but only requested upon email at info@noraizuxx.com 

  • We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside MEX.

REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return it without hesitation. 

The refund of an item must be consolidated by us through email at info@noraizuxx.com. Once verified the item must be received back by us within 14 days after opening your item.
The product MUST be returned in all original packaging, without any tampering or damaging.
Once the product has been posted back to us, the customer will be responsible for sending the details of the refund to info@noraizuxx.com, including tracking number, tracking carrier and your reference number.
PLEASE NOTE: Until the item is received by us, the customer is liable for all other transactions. 

All refund/return fees are the responsibility of the sender. 

COMMISSION POLICIES

For all commissions there is a 50% deposit down payment before starting on the commission and the remaining 50% once the commission is completed. 

  • For pieces from $200US-$450, there are 2 fixed revisions, any additional revisions will have an extra fee.  

  • For all pieces from $450-$750 there are 4 fixed revisions, any additional revisions will have an extra fee.

  • For all pieces from $750-$1000 there are 6 fixed revisions, any additional revisions will have an extra fee. 

  • For all pieces from $1000+ there are unlimited revisions (reasonable).

  • TIME FRAME
    Depending on the difficulty of a custom piece, the maximum duration of time (any difficulty) to complete a custom piece is 4 MONTHS.

  • If it is a mass production, roughly 6 MONTHS

  • Simple commission 2 MONTHS

  • Intermediate commission 3 MONTHS 

Complex commissions 4 MONTHS
